We collect account information such as your name, email address, Google profile image, login identifiers, credit balance, and basic account status.
When you use the generator, we process uploaded photos, generated video outputs, task metadata, selected resolution, IP address, browser information, and usage logs needed to provide and protect the service.
We use information to authenticate users, check credits, create AI video tasks, deliver previews and downloads, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve product reliability.
We do not sell personal information. Uploaded photos and generated videos are used to provide the requested generation workflow and related support.
Video generation may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure or model providers. Uploaded photos and template-related task data may be sent to those providers only as needed to generate, secure, and deliver your requested video.
Do not upload photos or content unless you have the rights and consent needed to use them in an AI-generated video.
If paid credits or purchases are enabled, payment details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored directly by Rumpelstiltskin AI.
We may receive payment status, order identifiers, purchased products, and credit amounts to update your account.
We retain account and task records as needed for service operation, compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.
Uploaded photos and generated videos may be retained for a limited period to support downloads, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
