Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed Use

You may use Rumpelstiltskin AI for lawful parody, meme creation, entertainment, social content, creative testing, and personal or commercial projects where you have rights to the uploaded photos and generated outputs.

Consent and Likeness

Only upload photos of yourself, people who gave permission, public figures where your use is lawful, or content you are otherwise allowed to process.

Do not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual sexual content, harassment, doxxing, or content intended to mislead viewers about real events or endorsements.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

Do not upload, request, generate, distribute, or attempt to generate content in any of the following prohibited categories:

• Pornographic, NSFW, nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or fetish content, regardless of whether a depicted person gave consent.
• Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, severe injury, realistic bloodshed, execution, self-harm, threats, or content that encourages real-world harm.
• Hate, harassment, dehumanizing content, extremist praise, or abusive targeting of people based on protected characteristics.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, child nudity, grooming, exploitation, abuse, or any content that places minors in unsafe, sexual, violent, or harmful contexts.
• Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, misleading endorsements, doxxing, or content intended to make viewers believe a real person said or did something they did not say or do.
• Copyright-infringing content, stolen private photos, trademark misuse, unauthorized use of protected characters or footage, malware, phishing material, or content that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, export control, or other laws.

We treat child safety violations with the highest priority. Accounts involved in child-unsafe content may be suspended or terminated, and we may preserve and report relevant information to appropriate authorities or safety organizations where required or appropriate.

Do not attempt to bypass limits, exploit the platform, scrape the service at scale, interfere with security controls, or resell access without written permission.

AI Video Safety

Do not present generated videos as verified real footage, official statements, professional evidence, or factual records when they are AI generated.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing and for complying with platform disclosure rules, advertising rules, and local law.

Content Moderation

Rumpelstiltskin AI may review uploaded photos, prompts, task metadata, generated videos, account activity, and user reports using automated checks, provider-side safety systems, and human review when needed.

When content is reported or flagged, we may inspect the relevant task, restrict downloads, remove generated content, block future generation, suspend the account, deny refunds for abusive use, or escalate severe violations to service providers or legal authorities.

Users can report suspected abuse, illegal content, child safety issues, or rights violations by contacting [email protected]. We prioritize urgent safety reports and review enforcement decisions based on the content, account history, and risk to users or the platform.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, block downloads, deny refunds, or refuse service if we believe activity violates this policy, harms users, creates legal risk, or threatens service integrity.
